Willie Back Willie Back, age 62, of Premium, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital after a long illness. Born in Letcher County, he was the son of John Back and Eva Eldridge Back. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired carpenter. He was member of the Kingdom Come Old Regular Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by 5 Brothers- Hobert Back, Joe Back, Everett Back, Earl Back and Howard Back. Willie leaves to mourn his passing his wife- Hazel Caudill Back; 1 Son- Tony Back of Bulan, KY; 3 Daughters- Connie Back, Teresa (Doug) Niece and Samantha Back, all of Premium; 2 Brothers- Custer Back of Rhineyville, and Lee Back of Cincinnati, Ohio; 2 Sisters- Elma Eldridge of Somerset, and Laura Caudill of Cincinnati; 3 Grandchildren- Douglas Niece, Autumn Niece and Shelby Niece.
