    2. Yep, that is my ggrandma. And Thanks Lynda for looking out for me. I remember well her funeral. It was held on my Grandmother's front porch. There was hundreds of people there. The complete front yard was full of people seated and many standing around and sitting in the ground. The whole town was there. Of course she was married to Will Smith and the town was Smithsboro.     3. Hoosh Martin in his Martin book said James Martin & Milly Martin had 10 children. After 2 years of searching, I located a candidate for DNA testing and his results yesterday show he is a descendant of James & Milly thorough their son James Martin (JR). With the DNA tests and a deed from this (JR) to Wyatt Martin, I have no question that this James (JR) is a child of James & Milly that Hoosh missed. A deed has also been found showing they had a daughter Sarah that Hoosh missed. I have looked at early census records now and can count 13 children rather that the 10 Hoosh listed. I am still missing an unidentified daughter but if there are Martin researchers interested in how I have listed this Martin family, let me know and I will get my information to you. Jack Martin

Aster & Drusilla "Rowe" Watts and they survive in McGuffey. On May 24, 1985 in Hindman KY she married William "Bill" Sparkman and he survives in Harrod. Other survivors include a son Ryan at home, a daughter Kelcey at home, maternal grandmother, Aline Rowe, McGuffey, a brother Tracy (Mary Ann) Watts, Louisville, KY, and a sister Tammy (James) Carter, Pryor OK. She was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Joe Sparkman, and a brother, Jeff Watts. Jackie attended the Crossroads First Church of God, Lima, enjoyed fishing, and watching sports, especially watching her son's basketball games. She was a 1985 graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School and received her degree in accounting from Hindman Vocational. She was a supervisor at Exel Logistics, Lima. She is survived by 1 Daughter--Zelma Stidham of Krypton; 1 Brother--Denver Sizemore of Ohio; 2 Sisters--Sally Napier of Krypton, and Bertha Wagers of Ohio; 5 Grandchildren--Melissa King & Steve of Wilmore, Ky., Willie Stidham, Jr. & Sherrie, Robert Stidham & Wife Carol, Lisa Stidham all of Krypton, Kentucky, and Michael Stidham of Hazard, Kentucky; Ten Great Grandchildren--John William, Kathleen, Zelma, Zarak, Dalton, Cierra, Chyane, Haley, Emma, & Andrew; 4 Great-great Grandchildren--Alex, Mason, Breanna, & Logan; plus a host of other relatives and friends survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Sizemore Stidham were held at the Krypton Brethren Church on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at 1 p.m. with Jim Sluss and Paul Sluss officiating. Burial followed in the Napier's Branch Cemetery at Krypton. She was born May 5, 1925 at Dana, the daughter of the late Jack and Vada Boyd. She was a homemaker and a member of the Arkansas Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Wilburn Jesse Watson, One Son, Donald Watson, Brother, Nola Boyd. Survivors include: 3 Sons, Manuel (Robin) Watson of Drift, Larry (Stella) Watson and Jesse Watson both of Dana, 7 Daughters: Eunice Steele of Stanville, Maria (Marvin) Lewis of Tram, Lois Frasure of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Lucy (Harold) Howell of Dana, Linda (Michael) Ratliff of Pikeville, Polly Anna (Jeff) Bolen of Garrett, and Connie J. (Phillip) Poulter of Florida. 26 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services were held on Sunday, May 2, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Samons, Tim McClanahan and Sonny Boyd officiating. Burial followed in the Kidd Cemetery at Dana under the professional care of Hall Funeral Home of Martin.
