David was born January 26, 1964 in Kenton County, KY the son of Edward and Donna Kussman. He is preceded in death by his parents. David is survived by his fiancé Connie Burgress; two son's, David E. Kussman of Goshen, OH and John E. Kussman of Lebanon, OH; a daughter, Emily Kussman of Goshen, OH; a brother, Edward A. Kussman; two sisters, Janet Johnson and Cheryl Knuf. David is also survived by half brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 5th, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd Street, Franklin, OH.
