Located at 12047 hickory grove road in independence, KY. It is a log structure home with the original logs as floor joists or beams. It is a log structure home original two story and has very intresting window and door sizes. Realtor says it is one of the oldest homes in kenton county. They estimate it at 116 years old. I beileive that is older than that. Has original wood walls and wood floors. Any input on these type of homes would be appreciated. It appears to be a log hewn home. very unique.

Go find the land records at the Court House. If you know the owner today, then work backwards.
