Theodore Bush is a collateral ancestor, husband of Effie Cundiff sister to Nancy Harriet Myers who married Stephen B. Cundiff brother of Effie. I know it's confusing! :>) I have copies Theodore Bush and his wife Effie née Cundiff's death certificates because they died after 1911 and I found their death certifcate numbers in the Kentucky Death Index at Ancestry.com. If you'd like copies of the death certificates I can snamil mail them to you. It seems your William Cundiff moved to Ohio from the postings I've seen on ancestry.com. Do you know the dates, place of burial and where John Adam Bush and his wife Elizabeth Schaefer they died?
