I believe the LDS Library in Louisville does have access to Ancestry.com There may have been a small charge I don't remember.

As stated earlier, some libraries also have access in the library to Ancestry.com <http://Ancestry.com> including local libraries for Kenton County KY, Campbell County KY, Hamilton County (Cincinnati) OH and Clermont County OH. I don't think any of them charge for the service but you may need to enter your library card.number.
