Would Howards ancestry be from Pike County, Indiana? or from an Abraham Wilhoit of Western Kentucky? Some Wilhoits married into my Thomas' in Pike County. If Ludlow is in Kenton County, then you could probably go to the main branch of the Covingon Library for the obit. I don't know about Ludlow cemeteries unfortunately.
