It contains the following information: Place of death: Route # 1, Morningview, Kenton County, KY Usual residence: Route # 1, Morningview, Kenton County, KY Name: Anna Grace Fisk; Date of death: 21 April, 1954 Female, White, Married-Date of birth May 10, 1877 Age: 76 years, 11 months and 11 days. Usual occcupation - Housework at home Place of birth: Watertown, N.Y. Father';s Name: James Tungate Mother's Maiden Name; Leona Parker Informant: Mrs. Edna Armstrong Cause of death: Cerebral Hemorrhage caused by generalized arteriosclerosis and arteriosclerotic heart disease. She was buried on April 25, 1954 in Wilmington Cemetery at Fiskburg, KY. Swindler Funeral Home in Independence was the funeral director.
