KY in 1850. His name was recorded on the 1850 Census as B. S. Hoffman and wifes name was Mary R. After this entry I am able to follow his son Thomas Monroe Hoffman to Texas. No one has been able to trace this part of our family. B. S. Hoffman was born abt. 1809 in VA. Mary R. was born abt. 1804 in VA as well. Do you know any other information?
