Hello All...Dear RH Bennett... Because this was gatewayed to the KYKenton-L list I am replying to both email addresses....may help someone else with the answer as well.. Since he was born prior to the 1880 Census you should be able to go to that census, at any Family History Center (FHC), located near your home and find him listed with his family... Then you should be able to order the 1900 Soundex for this family name and see if you can find them as adults...It will tell you where they live and you should be able to find the men with their families if they have married... You are going to have to check all different kinds of records to find all the bits and pieces that will lead you to the family... If you can find out his parents where and when they died and are buried, you might be able to get an obit that will tell you names of survivors...this may include some of the sisters with married names and where they lived, that will lead you to them as well... If you can find them on the Soundexs for the 1900 Census, 1910 Census, and 1920 census it will help you to follow them as they grew older.... Hope this helps any of you that are dealing with trying to find your Ancestors as this kinds of research gets results... there are also court records that you can read through and some of them are indexed as well...you will be surprized at what some of the Wills can tell you, and they are filed with the Court....LINDA...
