Mille, When it doubt of where to find a record for Kentucky, I always use the Frankfort Historical Society Research. After 1911 you usually can find them on ancestry.com. If you are not a member, let me know and I will look the name up for you. Remember lots of people have the same name, so a time frame would help. Linda Linda Redman Evans
