Charlotte, I went to school at Mother of God from 1961 to 1963 (the school has since been torn down...it was across the street from the Church). My Great Uncle Edward Klosterman was the pastor at the Church for about 40 years. He is buried in the floor of the Church. It was the Catholic Church for the Germans in the early years. They do have a website. I have gone to Church there a few times in the recent years and it is still beautiful. My Great Grandfather, Grandfather, father and myself were all baptized at Mother of God.
