Hi Debi, Thank you for taking the time to look up the Collins name in the directories. My Collins family lived in Kenton, Boone, and Campbell Counties. Some of my Collins names are, Stephen and Dolly Collins (they died in the 1840's), and their children, Marcus, Charlotte, William, Amos, Richard, Benjamin, Minerva, Prudence, Harriet and Lewis. Many of these children died in Kenton County between 1813 and 1874. I am, mostly, looking for information on the son, Richard Collins M.D., who married Susan Dell Scott. I have been unable to find a death place for Richard. Susan is buried in Old Burlington Cemetery, in Boone County, however Richard is not. He died around 1872, but I don't know what happened to him after his wife died in 1949. He lived in Kenton, Boone and Carrol Counties. Anyway, children of Richard and Susan were, Harriet, Anna, Erasmus Burns, Richard D., Caroline, Mary, Katherine, Lewis and Stephen.
