Samuel was born abt 1827. I would like to find out who his parents were. Samuel and Ellen had John H., Alice C., James G., Charlie G. ,Mary Jane and Lydia. Alice and Mary both ended up in California. They are in the 1870 census but after that I can't find any info. Samuel did have a sister Lucy who lived with them for awhile.
