Am looking for any other descendants of James P Heizer--he married Ella Higgins in Pendleton Co., KY on 28 Nov 1883. He and Ella had at least 2 children--one was named Anna who married a Summers. Can anyone help trace their descendants? Thanks, Beverly
Dear Bob in Florida, Tim in Cincinnati here and I was just wondering, for this is merely a stab in the dark on one of my brickwalls in my dad's lineage: KRUSE. All I have is a possible name from a death certificate. Background: I have a Kentucky death certificate of Anna Margaretha Konermann (NEE KRUSE), who died on 6 August 1927 in Ludlow, Kentucky and would be a GGgrandmother. Her husband, my GGgrandfather was Herman Heinrich Konermann of Ibbenburen, in present day Westphalia. Their marriage date would be sometime around 1855 or so. They had about 9 children in Ludlow, Kentucky. Anna Margaretha was born on 1 Feb 1834 in "Hanover, Germany" and her father's name in the death certificate was simply noted as "KRUSE". This is all that I have, and hence, my stone wall. Just wondering if you have any other details or possible link.

Ann, The Edward and Manda B. Edgington are the Edward and Amanda Bell Edgington to which I was referring in my previous email. Based on the marriage record of Edward and Amanda Bell Evans Edgington, it was Edward 1st marriage and Amanda 2nd marriage. Also, on the certificate, Amanda is listed as Amanda Bell Edgington. So, I believe John Kenton was her husband until his death in 1896, then Edward married her to take care of the family. The 14 year old John, to which you refer, is the point of my research. John is actually, John Strode Edgington, and is the part of the family tree which I am researching. Also, there is another John Kenton Edgington, which is the son of John Strode Edgington and the brother of Charles Milton Edgington. Charles was my grandfather. For anyone who is interested in this line, I have information about Edward, Amanda, John Strode and forward. Thanks for the email, Jerry Edgington
What do you know about the John Edgington you are seeking? Have you found him in all applicable censuses, etc.? In 1900, Edward and Manda B. Edgington were living in Mason Co. KY ages 43 and 40, married 3 years. There are four children in the household, only one of whom is under three (Lena). Others include 14 year old John. Ann Bergelt Florida
I am looking for information about John Kenton Edgington, possibly married to Amanda Bell Evans. Amanda's second marriage was to Edward Edgington, John's brother. John lived in Mason County, Ky and died in 1896 in Maysville, Ky Thanks, Jerry Edgington jedge05@earthlink.net EarthLink Revolves Around You.
