You would have to contact the widow of Clayton Cox to see if it would be okay to put all this information on a CD. You would have to tell her if this would be for your own use or if you plan on selling or giving the CD to other people. I don't have the url for copyright laws handy but I am sure someone on this list can supply that for you.
