Bill, In your list of "other surnames" have a Doss. In my husband's line I have an Esther or Hester Doss. She md 25 May 1808, Martin Felkins, Pulaski Co, KY. She was possibly d/o Joel Doss, it's not proven yet. Joel was (proven) s/o Zachariah Doss. I haven't done much research on this family, but have a couple of contacts who have given me some info.
