    3. I can only remember a two-room schoolhouse that was just outside Paintsville, though I think it previously had been a one-room school. It was on the left-hand side of the road, just before (I think) the road that turns off to the Paintsville Country Club/Golf Course. I attended that school my first year of school in 1943. It was called the Concord School. ....Marilyn Daniel Chesney mchesney@pe.net http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Lake/7997 Fax #: (419) 828-4188 ICQ #1486742 -----Original Message----- From: SassyMan46@aol.com <SassyMan46@aol.com> To: KYJOHNSO-L@rootsweb.com <KYJOHNSO-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Friday, December 17, 1999 6:45 PM Subject: Re: Early Kentucky Schools >In 1956, my dad brought us to Johnson County to visit his brother James Arthur >Ealey at Flat Gap.
