Charles W. Hall was born in 1946.... Paul & Ernest I am "assuming" born 1920's maybe early 1930's. Also not sure what the relation to Paul & Ernest Hall is whether cousin's or brothers. It is believed that Paul may have come up to Ohio, but not really sure on that just speculation.
