Does anyone have a recipe for 'fried corn'? When I was a little girl we would come with my grandparents to visit his sisters and their families in Paintsville. Aunt Maude made the BEST 'fried corn'. I think that she put a little lard in her black skillet. Then she added frozen (from her garden) white corn off the cob. A little salt and pepper and it was the best!
