Ron, I'm not exactly sure were this Hall's are from, I have just started on this line and it is about to drive me crazy. O.K. here goes...My father-in-law was Cecil Hall, his father was John David Hall that was married to Mary Alce Adkins. John's father was Alex(possibly Alexander) John was said to have been constable or county clerk of Van Lear Ky at one time. HELP!!!!!
