Just wondered if anyone may have information on the Allen Slone family. Allen was b. 2/21/1860 and was the son of Isom "Big Isom" Slone and Frances "Frankie" Triplett. Allen was one of 11 children. He married Susan Slone b. 6/6/1857 daughter of Pleasant Slone and Minerva Martin. This family resided in Knott Co. where their son Noah Hobert Sloane (notice change in spelling) was born on 4/19/1901. He married Neva Jo Branham on 2/16/1924 in Offutt, Johnson Co. Ky. I was just wondering if anyone may be familiar with this line. Neva Jo was the daughter of Malissa Daniels and Joseph Samuel Branham. I have information on Malissa and the Daniels line thanks to this forum. Just wondering if by chance anyone has seen the name Noah Hobert Sloane (Slone). It seems that if he married my grandmother in Johnson Co. that at some point his family must have lived there. He was a manager of a Coal Mining Company Store and moved around in the areas of Knott, Floyd, Pike and Johnson. Thanks for any help. Jody
