My husband is related to this line. According to "The East Kentuckian", Machell Tackett may have been the daughter of Hiram Tackett. She was born abt 1762 and died abt 1793. He hasn't tried to verify any of this information, but Clayton Cox who was publishing "The East Kentuckian" at the time was pretty concientious. Judy Stephenson
