Here is what I have: John May b. in Pike Co. married Sarah Phillips. They had a daughter named Mary "Polly" May b. in 1797 and married John Hamilton b. March 3, 1793, in TN d. 1886 in Morgan Co. John Hamilton is the son of Benjamin S. Hamilton and Susannah "Moonglow" Hurst. John and Mary had 8 children: Sarah, Elizabeth, Samuel L., Thomas, Benjamin, John May, David, and Polly Ann.
