Gail: I don't know Ivy, but I know of the store Ivy's Emporium. She moved recently to a different building downtown. When I was a teenager, living at Stillwater, I went out several times with a Dorothy Battles, but I don't know what ever happened to them after I moved away from there. The fires in this area have been contained, but still have hot spots and occasional flare ups. The local Red Cross chapter reported today that 47 homes were destroyed here in the Guthrie area. The fire came to the edge of town and they were able to contain it there. God was good because no one was killed or even seriously hurt. There are still many serious fires around the state, and more than 100,000 acres have burned in Oklahoma mostly in two days. Thanks again. Bud
