    3. Hi Barbara You need to make sure you have a browser which can open ftp sites and then make sure it is configured to open the site. I have Internet Explorer 5.0. If you have this browser, click on TOOLS the top of the screen, then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. Next click on the tab that says ADVANCED. You will get a list of items with check boxes next to them. Make sure the box that says "Enable folder view for FTP sites" is checked. Then click apply and finally click OK. If you have another version of Internet Explorer the INTERNET OPTIONS link is under VIEW instead of TOOLS. I can't help if you have some other browser. I would try clicking on the different names at the top of the screen until you find an OPTIONS and search through the links there until you find something with ftp listed. (ftp means file transfer protocol which is just another way to allow your computer access to a file. http means hyper text transfer protocol). I hope I have helped.
