WV, died 16 jan. 1981, Huntington, WV. who married Ruby Lowe, Ruby was born 13 June 1916 Greenup Co. KY, They were married 30 July 1935, Wayne Co. WV. Ruby Lowe was the daughter of Amos Lowe and Mary Burton. Herman and Ruby had the following children: Hazel Louise, 9 Sep. 1935; Edgar Herman, 1 July 1937; Gloria Eileen, 22 Feb. 1945; Raymond Allen, 11 Oct. 1949.
