I'm still here and watching for something. I think a lot of people are out travelling. Wish I were again. I read on another list that quite a few ladies down around Irvine are really busy with gardens and canning. So I suppose that goes for many areas. Keep watching. Bud

Bud and Johnson County Group, we have had a very lively little tete 'a tete on another genealogical search group to which I belong. The focus is "Famous People to Whom We are related..we think". It has been fun primarily due to the tongue-in-cheek attitude we all have taken on this "dangerous" issue. Some of the "famous" people who have popped up are Abe Lincoln, Mary Todd, George Bush, Barbara Bush, etc. It has been a conversation-starter and sometimes, while we are all explaining our connections to the 'rich and famous', one line of one "cousin" runs into an unexplored but connected line of another. Cannot take this kind of thing too seriously, but let's have a go at it IF we dare.
