It is with a sad heart that I write of the loss of my husband of 35 years on Thursday March 18. Though he had been ill with Black Lung for the last 10 years, this was so unexpected to us all. We who are left behind have many good memories of this great and wonderful man, though he was a kind simple person, he made our lives. We will carry on with the thoughts that someday we will see him again, and that now he can walk where he wants without the smothering that so troubled him. He will be with us always in the sun, the wind and the rain, the flowers that bloom and the gently falling snow, we have nothing but good memories of our husband and father. Remember our family when you say your prayers, and don't put off to long if you need to tell someone you love them, or to give them that one last kiss and hug. Life is so short compared to the hours and minutes without them. In loving memory of Ollie Cox. Sharon
Sharon, I offer my heartfelt condolences to you. Please know you are in my prayers. Ann
Sharon, I am so sad for you and your family. I did not know he was ill. My thoughts and prayers are with and the ones left behind. I know what you mean by letting God's nature keep the memories and remind us of those who have gone to their heavenly reward. May God's Blessings keep and guide you and your family. Let's keep in touch.
