Hi All, Anna Ash - So good to see you on the List talking about cleaning the old cemeteries. I am so sorry I missed you when you were here. Howard told me you all had a good time. Howard's dad passed away last week. He was 97 years old. I guess he was the last old Ferry operator in the county. Howard told me you all went to the Shelby Cemetery. What did you think of that? I went out and looked at it, and thought it looked great. But, you should see it how. They went back, haled in a load of dirt, and leveled it all up and sod it in grass. It look like it did maybe a hundred years ago. Thanks for telling the folks about you visit. Marty Wells - Thank you for the nice e-mail. Yes I knew, or knew of most of the folks you spoke of. The little store of Raymond Well and Tom Woods, I remember well. Did you know that little store use to be a farm machine store about a hundred years ago? Business must have not been that good however, they had a funeral parlor in the back of it. I have a picture of it. The next time your down this way, give me a call. I tell you what I will do. I will give you a tour of High Bridge, if you take me a ride on your Harley. Clyde ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
