Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/ABB.2ACE/3204 Message Board Post: I was recently paging through some records for Tennessee and found the marriage of John Abel and Anne Gann, 13 October, 1813...Jefferson County, Tennessee..and also found John Abel on a petitioner's list in 1815 in Bledsoe County...I'm not sure if these are the same "John Abel's"...But was wondering more if John Abel and Anne Gann are the parents of Sarah Anne Abel...who married Edmond Houp in 1840? Any help greatly appreciated...I am a proud member of the Houp line..Thanks!
