My 4th great-grandfather, George Thomas Fitzgerald, died in Jessamine Co. probably around 1861. He was married to Rebecca (Peggy) Rice Mitchell. I would like to know first of all if he left a will and second, if he did how do I go about getting it? I have been told that I need to get it from the court house but don't have an address for them. If there is anyone that lives there that could let me know, I would be grateful. Also if someone has a cemetery book and could look up to see what cemetery George and Rebecca are buried in that would be wonderful and I would be delighted. Rebecca died sometime after 1880.
