In the 1850 KY census, there is a 19 year old Alexander Campbell living in Clinton County with a 20 year old wife and 1 month old son. I can't read the wife's name, but it appears to be something like Lavenna. The child's name also appears to begin with an L -- maybe Lanados? All were born in KY. Could this be the Alexander Campbell for whom you are looking?
