Morning All, I just had a little something I wish to share with you. If you recall last year, Jessamine County Fiscal Court passed a Cemetery Ordinance. We explained at the time that Jessamine County was the first county in Central Kentucky to make such a move. Shortly after the Ordinance was past the Jessamine Co., Historical Society sent out letters to our neighboring counties. In the letter we sent a copy of the Ordinance, an a appeal for their help. Last evening Mark Boone, with TV channel #27 news called to inform me that Madison County, is looking into passing a similar Ordinance. Mark ran a story about it last night on the 6:00 o'clock news. He gave Jessamine County full create for getting to ball rolling. You folks played a big part in the passing of these Ordinances, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This years Jessamine Heritage Fest we have a lot of news coverage, so bring a big smile with you. I wish Tina was coming this year. She would tell them a thing or two.
