Lear-born abt. 1834, died unknown This couple begins in the Scott 1850 census, 1860 Jessamine, 1880 Mercer census. They give consent to their next to last sons marriage in Mercer Co. in 1891. That son died in Mercer Co. but their is no mention of this couple buried in Mercer. The latest son died in Jessamine Co. at the Jessamine Co. Infirmary (poorhouse), 12-06-1923. That son Stonewall Jackson Lear married Evaline Barnett Oct-23, 1890 in Mercer Co. She died in Jessamine Co. 07-14-1949. Thanks, Marshall Drury [email protected]
