At the moment I am very interested in the family of an Edward Owen, but am also re J. D. Bourne, since an early Post Office was at Bournesborogh, a stage stop before the town of Higbee was established. I'd enjoy corresponding with anyone having info on these and other Kentuckians going on to Missouri.
