He could be descended from Jacob Sadowski, b. 1754, d. 5/19/1832, but not through Jacob's son Ephraim. Jacob may have had brothers who changed their names to Sandusky. William Harland was born 8/8/1845; died 1/10/1930. He married Charlotte Sneed, b. 5/7/1843.
