Teddy: I'm looking for a child named Henry BROWN. He was born in January 1900 and was adopted out about 6-7 months later by an ESPY family. Information I have said "Board of Children's Guardians" handled the adoption, but haven't been able to find anything on it. Thanks, Glenn.
