I suggest you call the Catholic Cemetery Office at 502-451-7710. Tell them who you are looking for and the date he died. They will look him up on their computer and tell what info they have. Be sure to ask for what you need. If he died in a different state, then you can look for his death certificate there. If this happened, then a funeral home in Louisville should have the record of the burial. BB
