Charles and Jane (Musick) Duncan, also lived on Fern Creek, he purchased his farm there in 1799, in 1984, Duncan Family Burial is located in Cool Brook div.on Cool Brook Court, which forms cul-de-sac around what is left of this burial ground only head stones for Charles and his wife Jane. There son James Triplett Duncan, b.9/12/1825 Jefferson Co. Ky. died 11/11/1853 Georgetown Floyd Co. Indiana married June 28, 1825 Catherine Batman b. Aug.06, died Sept 10, 1845 Floyd Co. IN. both were buried Duncan Cemetery, Georgetown. I don't know who her father was. tyhey had a family of 10 children. Bolivar Duncan, b. 11/12/1825 Jefferson Co. Ky. died 7/03/1883. Bedford Lawrence Co. In. married in Oct 1848 to Mary Ann Batman b. April 10, 1829 Lawrence Co. IN. died Nov 20, 1900 Bedford Lawrence Co. IN. Bolivar was a son of William Duncan b. Feb 16, 1803 Jefferson Co. Ky. d. March 01, 1875 Bedford IN. married Sept 09, 1824 Mary House Malott, May 25, 1807, died April 30, 1887, daughter of Hiram T. Malott and Mary "Polly" Hawes, William was a son of Coleman Duncan Jr. & Elizabeth Young of L<ogan Co. Ky.
