This is a general suggestion to everyone who is looking for out of print books -- there is a great website which is actually a co-op of used bookstores. Because there are hundreds and hundreds of stores, they have nearly everything. This is the address: http://www.abebooks.com/ I checked for the Clyde Crews book; they didn't have it, but there are several other books on Catholics in the Louisville diocese.
