I'm trying to find out if anyone has had the same dilemma. I have 2 relatives, a father and son that are buried in Jefferson Co. I know the father did not die in Jefferson, but an altogether different state, however he is buried in St. Louis cemetery in Louisville. I am unable to locate a death certificate on him. I'm also not able to locate one on the son, which makes me wonder if he possibly died in another state. Was a death certificate not required by Kentucky if that happened, even though they are buried in Louisville? Any suggestions will be appreciated! Debbie Death yrs. are 1915 and 1934
