Diane, What counties of Kentucky are covered on the CD? My understanding is that most of the Jefferson Co. marriages are NOT included. Therefore, if we can't find an entry, that doesn't mean the marriage isn't on file in the court house. Maybe you or others on the list can tell me if this is true or not.
