As for Alice Sebastian who married My ggg-uncle George Jerome. Alice's parents were Charles and Emma Sebastian, Charles born in MO. Emma in Va. Charles was a {Steam boat Pilot} this all I have of her family, would love to know more information on this family. Alice and George had a son also named Columbus. George died when he was 25 years old of the yellow fever in Memphis, TN. His wife and child came back to her home and lived with her parents, I have no other record of them after that time 1880. George's father Columbus Jerome b. 1830 in France due to his death record, but all census have KY. This is as far back as I can go. My ggg-grandmother was Josephine Maroney, born in Ireland lived and had children in KY. George b. 1854 and Josephine 1856 Best Regards B.J.
