The Filson Club in Louisville (corner of 3rd and Ormsby) has all these marriage licenses/bonds on microfilm. For $10 you can spend the whole day getting almost any Jefferson County records you could ever need! You can also look at death certificates 1911 to 1950 or so on microfilm instead of paying for them through Frankfort. www.filsonhistorical.com

I can also just go to Frankfort and peruse the certificates all day and not pay $10.
