Dear Listers, I am a Sebastian. It is my middle name, but we were Bavarians who arrived in Louisville in 1856, give or take. The English Sebastians had already been there for many years. Whatever the case for Alice, it is important to segregate the two families. If you are dealing with the pre-1855 era, you are dealing with the Benjamin Sebastian clan. T.
