Well, I thought I was sending URLs that Carol could just click on, but guess they didn't work. If you go to www.familysearch.org and search the library catalog, using Louisville, Kentucky as keywords, you'll get a whole list of subjects abou Louisville. Scroll down to churches. That should do it for you. Sorry about the previous post. Pat Settle Pat Settle <psettle@yahoo.com> wrote: Carol, Here are a couple of possibilities for you. Pat, Thank you and others who sent answers to my question. Why do you imagine that when I tried just that for several minutes on familysearch.org, the response always was 'no such entry'? Carol, I tried it again, and here are the steps I followed. First, I went to www.familysearch.org , then I clicked on Family History Library, then Family History Library Catalog, then on "place search". When that came up, I just typed in "Louisville". A page came up with several places named "Louisville", including one "Kentucky, Jefferson, Louisville". Click on that and you'll get a list of many different types of records. Then click on "church records", and you'll get the list of different church records they have. Hope this works for you.
