looking for info on Washington Templethis born in Jeff. Co. KY in 1815. He was living in Alton, Madison ILL . There he was a Police Constable and Alderman, etc. Also in Alton at the same time were Samuel L MILLER, Jacob D MILLER, and Andrew MILLER that were also involved in the same municipal offices.....I suspect they were related.
