The Louisville Anzieger is at the Filson Historical Society. I think you would have to find someone who could read the old german. I do not think the Filson offers this service. They just hold the microfilm. You could email their genealogy specialist, Nettie Oliver to find out. Her email is: [email protected] Of course, most of their services have a fee. Janis
