    3. Charlotte, You might check to see where the State hospital records are stored in KY also they might have had a court hearing to be put into the hospital. We did this in Indiana, and found all the records and burial of my mother's grandfather, who all the other researchers thought he was buried in his plot in Harmony, IN. Can't tell you how happy all of us were when we got his information.
